2024 RTIH Innovation Awards opens for submissions, with winners to be announced in November — Retail Technology Innovation Hub

The sixth edition of the RTIH Innovation Awards is now open for entries, celebrating global tech innovation in the omnichannel world. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Central London on 21st November. This year, two new categories have been introduced: AI Innovation and Sustainable Retail Innovation. The AI Innovation award will recognize AI projects that have gone beyond the proof-of-concept stage in the retail space, while the Sustainable Retail Innovation award will honor a retailer or brand that has incorporated sustainability into its core values.
The awards consist of 20 categories in total, including Bricks and Mortar Innovation, Supply Chain Innovation, Payments Innovation, Most Innovative UK Retailer, Most Innovative Retailer (Rest of World), Most Innovative Pureplay, Virtual Store of the Year, and others. The entry deadline is 25th October, with the shortlist revealed on 29th October. The judging days are from 30th October to 6th November. The awards ceremony will take place on 21st November at RIBA’s 66 Portland Place HQ.
