The funding includes a $41 million round led by Woven Capital, Toyota's investment arm, and a $150 million debt facility from Trinity Capital. This brings UVeye's total capital raised to $380.5 million. The company's technology, described as an "MRI for vehicles," uses external scanners to inspect vehicles quickly and accurately, outperforming traditional manual inspections. CEO Amir Hever claims their system detects 96% of vehicle issues compared to 24% with manual checks.

UVeye's AI technology adapts to identify defects specific to various car models and brands. The company has begun installing its scanners at Amazon distribution centers in the U.S. to ensure vehicle safety post-delivery.
