Contact center automation startup Cognigy GmbH has secured $100 million in a funding round led by Eurazeo Growth, with participation from Insight Partners, DTCP, DN Capital, and others. The firm, which has reported "triple-digit" growth over the past few years, provides an AI platform that enhances the efficiency of contact centers. The platform is used by around 170 companies, including Toyota Motor Corp. and Nestlé S.A, to create AI-powered help desk assistants that can answer common customer queries and automate tasks like processing refunds.
