Context.ai wants to merge product analytics sensibilities with LLMs | TechCrunch

Aug 30, 2023 - techcrunch.com
Context.ai, a startup that helps companies understand how users interact with their large language models (LLMs), has raised $3.5 million in seed funding. The company, founded by former Google employees CEO Henry Scott-Green and CTO Alex Gamble, uses natural language processing to analyze chat transcripts and determine the effectiveness of the AI models. The ultimate goal is to build more effective models by understanding how users engage with them and how well they answer customer queries.

The company, which already has paying customers, ensures privacy by stripping out personally identifiable information at ingestion and not using the content for model building or marketing. The content is held for no more than 180 days before being deleted. The funding round was co-led by GV (Google’s venture arm) and t Theory Ventures.
