DeepJudge hires SVP of sales and product strategy from Casetext

AI knowledge search engine DeepJudge has appointed Tony Ensinger as its new senior vice president of sales and product strategy. Ensinger previously worked with legal research platform Casetext and AI contract review provider Kira Systems. DeepJudge's CEO, Paulina Grnarova, highlighted the company's progress in AI, particularly in text understanding and processing, and its ability to connect AI models to a firm's historical data and know-how.

The hiring of Ensinger follows the appointment of Kennan Samman from Kira as chief revenue officer in July. However, Samman has since left DeepJudge for a new role at Belt Software, following a legal dispute with Litera over a breach of a no-compete agreement.
