Google Cloud's generative AI tech to power dozens of partners' technologies - SiliconANGLE

Google Cloud has announced a series of partnerships aimed at using generative AI to accelerate technology transformations. Among its partners are SAP SE, DocuSign Inc., and Haier Corp.’s GE Appliances. Google Cloud is combining its Vertex AI platform with SAP Datasphere to create new generative AI capabilities for SAP customers, including those in the automotive industry. DocuSign is piloting a smart contracts assistant powered by Vertex AI, while GE Appliances is launching a new feature called Flavorly AI that generates custom recipes based on available food.

Other partnerships include AI21 Labs Inc., Bayer AG, HCA Healthcare LLC, Fox Sports Interactive Media LLC, General Motors Co., MSCI Inc., and Six Flags Entertainment Corp. These collaborations will explore industry-specific generative AI capabilities, large language models for healthcare, AI in sports broadcasting, chatbot and document analysis, risk management tools for investors, and an in-park infobot for amusement park guests. Companies including Acxiom LLC, Bloomberg LP, CoreLogic Inc., Equifax Inc., Nielsen Consumer LLC, and TransUnion LLC have agreed to make domain-specific datasets available on Google Cloud for building and training generative AI models.
