Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) | Docusign

Apr 18, 2024 - docusign.com
DocuSign introduces Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), a new category of cloud software designed to help businesses unlock the valuable data trapped in their agreements. IAM aims to transform the way organizations create, manage and commit to their agreements, improving efficiency, reducing risk and unlocking additional value. The software is set to be available from May 2024 and will offer tailored applications for various departments including sales, customer experience, legal, human resources, and procurement.

IAM is designed to help businesses escape the "Agreement Trap", a term coined to describe the loss of critical business value due to poor agreement management. The software will offer capabilities to automate manual work, leverage AI, and integrate with existing business processes and systems. It will also provide a single, intelligent repository to centrally store, manage, and analyze agreements across the organization. Existing eSign or CLM customers will continue to see new innovations deployed to their existing applications and will have the opportunity to access new IAM plans once they are available in their region.

Key takeaways:
