Microsoft hires Inflection founders to run new consumer AI division | TechCrunch

Microsoft has hired Mustafa Suleyman and Karen Simonyan, co-founders of AI startup Inflection AI, along with several of their colleagues. Suleyman, also a co-founder of DeepMind, will head Microsoft's new consumer AI unit, Microsoft AI, while Simonyan will join as a chief scientist.
