Apr 25, 2024 - bloomberg.com
A survey conducted by Lenovo Group Ltd. reveals that while artificial intelligence (AI) is a top priority for IT leaders globally, many businesses are not yet prepared to utilize it. The Beijing-based firm surveyed 750 technology chiefs across 10 global markets, finding that many view their computing infrastructure and corporate policies on ethical use as not yet "AI-ready."

Furthermore, 42% of the respondents do not anticipate being able to demonstrate a return on their AI investments for at least the next two years. This suggests a significant gap between the perceived importance of AI and the readiness of businesses to effectively implement and benefit from it.
