UK-based tech apprenticeship firm Multiverse has acquired Searchlight, an AI-based recruitment platform. The acquisition will allow Multiverse to utilise Searchlight's technology to develop new AI products and expand its professional training services. Searchlight's existing customers will continue to be served until their contracts end, after which the company's recruitment services will be wound down to focus on Multiverse's business.
