OpenAI’s custom GPT Store is now open for business

Jan 10, 2024 - theverge.com
OpenAI has launched its GPT Store, a platform where users can share their custom chatbots, following a series of delays. The store expands the potential uses of ChatGPT and the OpenAI ecosystem. Since the GPT Builder program was announced in November, over 3 million bots have been created by users. The company also plans to start a revenue sharing program with GPT creators, based on user engagement with their chatbots.

The GPT Store will be available to users of ChatGPT Plus, Enterprise users, and subscribers to a new tier called Team. ChatGPT Team is a paid version designed for smaller teams of around 150 people, offering access to GPT-4, DALL-E 3, and OpenAI’s Advanced Data Analysis feature. It is priced at $25 a month per user when billed annually or $30 a month per user for monthly billing.
