Salesforce Launches AI Solutions for Healthcare Professionals to Ease Administrative Burden

Mar 07, 2024 - techtimes.com
Salesforce has launched new data and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions designed to alleviate administrative burdens for healthcare professionals. The Einstein Copilot: Health Actions tool uses conversational AI to streamline tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient information summarization. Another tool, Assessment Generation, digitizes health assessments, eliminating the need for manual input or coding. Both tools are part of Salesforce's Einstein 1 Platform, which consolidates medical data from various sources into a single platform. The Assessment Generation tool will be available in the summer, followed by the Einstein Copilot: Health Actions tool by the end of the year.

In addition, Salesforce is offering a tool that provides more control over Copilot, the Einstein 1 Studio. This tool includes features such as Copilot Builder, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder, which allow users to customize AI actions and select preferred Language Model partners. While the Prompt Builder and Model Builder are currently available, the Copilot Builder tool is still in beta. Salesforce is also extending AI training opportunities to its six million 'Trailblazer' customers, offering additional Einstein Copilot and Prompt Builder education.
