Spotify is launching its first in-house creative agency, Creative Lab, to help brands create custom marketing campaigns and attract more advertisers to the platform. The company will also begin testing generative AI ads and is developing a new AI tool called “Quick Audio” for advertisers, which will allow brands to create scripts and voiceovers using generative AI.
