TikTok is launching new generative AI tools designed to help organizations and content creators expand their global audiences. The tools include customizable digital avatars and language dubbing features, which are intended to overcome language barriers in marketing and add a human touch to content. The Symphony Digital Avatars come in two types: stock avatars, based on paid actors from diverse backgrounds, and custom avatars, designed to resemble a specific creator or brand spokesperson and speak multiple languages.

The multi-language support is provided by Symphony AI Dubbing, a global translation tool that allows creators to dub their content into over 10 languages and dialects. The tool can automatically detect the language spoken in videos and transcribe, translate, and produce a dubbed video in the selected language.
