Parabolic is an AI assistant designed to streamline customer support. It is trained on your support data and can be embedded within your existing ticketing software. The tool is capable of auto-indexing any response you've ever messaged to a customer and detecting a user's true intent, independent of specific keywords. It then autodrafts two categories of responses: generalizable and customer-specific. Parabolic also features a human-in-the-loop system where agents can verify responses before sending, and it continually improves after every rejected draft. It can answer rarely asked questions, navigate multiple back-and-forths as the conversation progresses, and even unlock support as a sales channel by appending relevant upsells/cross-sells based on the customer’s pain-point. Additionally, it can automatically tag and triage incoming questions to the appropriate category.
