Microsoft 365 Copilot is a next-generation AI tool integrated into Microsoft's workplace productivity tools. It combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with business data and the Microsoft 365 apps to enhance creativity, productivity, and skills. The tool is currently being tested with select commercial customers. It offers a new way of working by embedding itself in the Microsoft 365 apps and introducing a new feature, Business Chat. This feature works across the LLM, the Microsoft 365 apps, and a customer’s calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and contacts to perform tasks that were previously impossible.
