TopPDF: AI-Powered PDF Solutions

I used TopPDF to convert one file and paid a one-time fee of ₱1. I was never clearly informed that this would automatically enroll me in a recurring subscription. Days later, I discovered I had been charged ₱899 without my knowledge or consent.

I immediately contacted their support and was offered a 50% refund, which I declined because I never used any premium service beyond the initial conversion. They later said I would receive a refund within 7 business days after submitting a refund form—but after doing everything they asked, I received no update, no refund, and only automated replies afterward.

This experience has been inconvenient, disappointing, and frustrating. I feel this kind of setup is designed to mislead users and quietly charge them. I do not recommend this service, especially for users who are only expecting a simple, one-time use.

If I can give 0 stars, I will give it. They scammed me. I just availed a one time use service which they said its only 1 peso, and now they charged me P899? Scam. Do not use it or linked any of your bank accounts here
