It is equipped with features such as smart meeting recordings, conversational intelligence for sales, and the ability to summarize chat threads, organize ideas, and draft content for chats, emails, and whiteboard sessions. Zoom IQ also assists in creating meeting agendas and suggesting actions for owners to take on. The tool leverages large language models and federated AI approach, incorporating proprietary AI models, those from leading AI companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and select customers’ own models.
